Eligibility to Play

You must reside in Ontario and be physically located within the Province of Ontario every time you access our services. Account Registration

To complete your OLG register process, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. We allow only one account per person. Deposits

You can switch your OLG deposit method only once per day and only while your balance is below 1,000 CAD. Deposits of 3,000 CAD or more trigger a FINTRAC electronic identity check, and we block further deposits until we verify your identity. If you request a deposit limit increase, it takes seven days to take effect; decreases apply immediately.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawals exclusively via electronic funds transfer in Canadian dollars to a verified bank account registered in your own name. Our minimum withdrawal is 2 CAD, and there is no maximum on a single withdrawal request. We permit one successful withdrawal request per day, and we review and approve requests daily. We do not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal verification request is not completed within 72 hours, we close it automatically, and you must restart the process. Bank account verification typically takes fewer than five business days, and you may remove an unverified bank account at any time. Once approved, we process your OLG withdrawal within one to three business days, after which funds generally reach your bank within one to five business days, subject to your bank's own processing times.

Our Rights and Limitations of Liability

Our liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the funds held in your account balance.
